NOTE

ENTERING DOUBLE OR MULTIPLE CATEGORIES

• MAN CLASSES: Man can compete in all the categories they want, as far as the criteria of height and weight are respected in each class.
• WOMEN CLASSES: The participation in more than one class is allowed only if the athlete competes in the JUNIOR and OVER class of the same category. Women are not allowed to cross between different categories (model to bikini or bikini to wellness and so on).

AGE CLASSES

• JUNIOR 21 – All athletes born in 2003 and after (as of 2024)
• JUNIOR 24 – All athletes born in 2000 and after (as of 2024)
• OVER 35 (35 years old on the day of the contest)
• OVER 40 (40 years old on the day of the contest)
• OVER 45 (45 years old on the day of the contest)
• OVER 50 (50 years old on the day of the contest)
• OVER 60 (60 years old on the day of the contest)

HEIGHT/WEIGHT PARAMETERS for CLASSIC BB, ATHLETIC BB and MAN PHYSIQUE

• The maximum competition weight (where applicable) must be calculated as follows: maximum weight in kg = (height in cm – 100) + stated percentage.
